Drosera adelae<\/em> is a beautiful sundew species native to the rainforests of Northeastern Australia where it grows along shaded creek banks and waterfalls. <\/span><\/p>\n

This striking and dewy species is adaptable to a wide range of light conditions forming wide green leaves in low light and narrow bronze\/red leaves in bright light. Once fully mature it’s a menacing fruit fly and fungus gnat catcher producing a maze of dewy tentacles. This species does best in warm conditions with high humidity making it an excellent terrarium or orchid companion plant. We’ve found D. adelae\u00a0<\/em>thrives in a soil mix of live\u00a0<\/a>or long fiber\u00a0<\/a>Sphagnum<\/em> moss.<\/span><\/p>\n

Young adult plants 7-10 cm (2-3inches) are for sale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette esp\u00e8ce frappante et couverte de ros\u00e9e peut s\u2019adapter \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail de conditions lumineuses en formant de larges feuilles vertes en basse lumi\u00e8re et des feuilles bronze \/ rouges \u00e9troites en pleine lumi\u00e8re. Une fois arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 maturit\u00e9, c’est un pi\u00e8ge \u00e0 mouches des fruits et \u00e0 mongus mena\u00e7ant qui produit un labyrinthe de tentacules couverts de ros\u00e9e. Cette esp\u00e8ce se plait mieux par temps chaud et tr\u00e8s humide, ce qui en fait un excellent terrarium ou plante d\u2019accompagnement pour les orchid\u00e9es. <\/span><\/p>\n
